Peer Critique

From coming up with my radio game show creation to my very last show I always had to be open to change. Whenever I let my peers listen to an idea I had or something I had previously done for my show, they always had great ideas that would enhance and improve my show. The biggest critique I received throughout the entire process was to keep my persona by staying loose and playing off of my contestants’ words and actions. I have to make sure I stay focused and have a quick impromptu reaction to what is going on in the studio.
